Creative Victim Design Ltd will accept orders placed via our online store and via post within the United Kingdom . If for whatever reason you experience problems when ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that all the details you have entered are valid and correct so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently.

Item availability.

We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible and to make sure items are in stock. However, should an item prove to be even more popular than expected and sell out, we will provide you with a revised delivery date, you will be informed of this within 24 hours.

Returns Policy.

Creative Victim Design Ltd is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Our returns policy means that if you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 5 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to be not in their original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please check all goods for any faults upon receipt and notify us immediately.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you MINUS our original delivery cost and will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us. If you are returning an item for an exchange we will cover costs for sending the replacement item to you.

Should you wish to return an item to us, please contact us for a returns form, which should be completed and returned with the item.

Lost or Damaged Items.

 

For Items sent within the United Kingdom. Items sent by Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.

For Items sent outside the United Kingdom. If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after posting before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to sender if it could not be delivered for some reason.

Should your item not reach you in the condition it was sent, please get in contact with us immediately for a returns form and all the damaged packaging and contents must be returned to us within 5 working days within the United Kingdom and 7 working Days for outside of the United Kingdom. Before any refund can be authorised.
